Member of the X-Bots, Short circuit, and bot attack went on a field trip to explore possible future jobs. We toured an automated feed mill packing robot, and a cabinet making factory. Ron organized the field trips and gave us the tour at the cabinet factory.
The X- bots met at the Hillcrest Family Restaurant and worked on their robot with the parts they received in the mail. They put latex tubbing on their robot to help lessen the work on their lift motors.
We met at SCTCC for a scrimmage and received 6th out of 9th. Our parts came a day late and we did not have access to them for the scrimmage, so we were not as prepared as we expected to have been. During the scrimmage, we also had time to finish and update our engineers notebook up to what we have currently have done to the robot.
We fixed the lift by attaching the gears on the lift. We also helped a Boy Scout group build their robot. We would also like to thank the Short Circuit team for lending us two 393 motors for the Thief River falls event.
The X-Bots and IQ Team Just met at the Hillcrest Family Restaurant. The IQ team worked on programing and the X-Bots worked on designing an arm to attack a Skidloader front to.
The X-bots just met at the Hillcrest Family Restaurant. We discussed fundraising and worked on the Robot. The Iq team also decided on a team name; Bot Attack.
